NOTICE OF VALUE ADDED TAX SINCE 01/01/2023

First of all, Tan Cang - Cai Mep International Terminal (TCIT) would like to thank our customers for trusting and using our services during the time.

On January 28, 2022, the Government issued Decree No. 15/2022/ND-CP stipulating the tax exemption and reduction policy according to the National Assembly's Resolution No. 43/2022/QH15 dated January 11, 2022 on political fiscal and monetary policies to support the program of socio-economic development recovery. Accordingly, regarding value-added tax (VAT), the VAT rate will be reduced by 2% from February 1, 2022 for groups of goods and services currently subject to the 10% VAT rate (remaining 8%).

Pursuant to Clause 1, Article 3, of the above Decree on the policy of applying VAT rate exemption and reduction, by this notice, we request that customers, shipping lines please update with the group of goods. Goods and services applying the VAT rate of 8% in 2022, according to the provisions of Decree No. 15/2022/ND-CP above, will be adjusted to the 10% VAT rate since January 1, 2023.
