In other to help customers overcome these obstacles as well as to reduce pressure to Cat Lai and other ports/ICDs during this period, by this email, TCIT would like to notify that we are still offering supporting policy applied to direct delivery at TCIT by truck for RF containers which change its final destination to TCIT.

Dear Valued Shipping Line,

As you may know, due to the remarkable rise in container volume during the peak season, there has been a major impact on the operations of some ports/ICDs in HCMC.

As for laden RF containers, some ports/ICDs in HCMC- especially Cat Lai could only receive small volume of RF containers per day from Cai Mep. This reduction in receipt capacity of Cat Lai is strongly pressuring TCIT, shipping lines and customers as well.
